BD, as he is popularly called, is a tax and legal practitioner and technology enthusiast where he has considerable investments. He is a Partner and currently CEO at Taxaide. He doubles as the CEO of Taxaide Technologies Ltd, the tax technology flagship business of Taxaide.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He holds a Masters of Law degree from the University of Lagos.
